Ingredient Description:
Extract from raw excellent rice and good Monascus strains by fermenting, lixiviating and spraying
Application:
Used in making cool alcohol, confections, cooked meat products, reserved bean curd, icy cream,
frozen sukers, biscuits, puffed foods, jellies and spiced cans. Also used in medicine and cosmetic
field.

Physicochemical Property:
Easily substances with PH 4.0. Very easily soluble in ethanol, ether, ice acetic acid, and propanetriol,
insoluble in glycerol with good heat and light stability.
