TBHQ can be used for edible oils, Fried food, dry fish products, biscuits, instant noodle, cook rice, dried fruit canned speed, salted meat products as antioxidants, also can be used in cosmetics.

TBHQ is a white crystalline powder with a special, mild aroma, hard to solve in water, and solves in organic solvents such as alcohol, ether and so on.

Applications:
TBHQ is an efficient antioxidant, whose performance is better than that of BHT, BHA, PG and Vitamin E. It can effectively restrain bacillus subtilis, staphylococcus aureus, colibacullus, aspergillus niger, aspergillus versicolor, aspergillus flavus micorbes etc to improve the stability and extend the shelf life of food, well applied in animal fat and food with rich fat, especially in plant oil. TBHQ is the best choice as antioxidant in salad oil, blending oil and high-quality cooking oil.
